Traditional construction is currently the most used in Uruguay for several reasons, for a cultural issue, because in general they are materials that are made in the country and better prices are obtained than for the materials used in prefabricated construction.
On the other hand, it is a slower construction than prefabricated systems, and determines a more expensive workforce. When working with traditional construction, we recommend linking it with prefabricated elements (mixed construction system) to provide greater speed in labor in some elements and also greater thermal comfort.
The mixed construction system combines different structural elements optimizing the qualities of each system, provides the durability and solidity of traditional construction and the comfort of prefabricated systems.
