Description: It is a modern-looking house, with a great connection to the outside through its openings and wooden terraces. The interesting thing is to see the process and the result, a modular house that does not look like it is modular nor does it seem to have been built in this way. It is made up of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a service area and large integrated social sectors.

Location: Laguna Escondida, in José Ignacio.
Type of construction: custom modular construction, galvanized iron structure, enclosures and interior divisions in steel framing. It is built in a shed under controlled conditions, then moved to the ground in custom-made modules.
