We carry out construction of houses with SIP panels, currently we recommend the SIP construction system that consists of load-bearing panels of reinforced fiber cement structural plates, with an expanded polystyrene core that provides excellent thermo-acoustic conditions. The system we use has the corresponding approvals and certificates from the different international organizations responsible for certifying construction quality.
Depending on the type of project that you want to achieve, we can make the structure with SIP panels or make it with iron structures and covering with SIP panels. In general, we link the two options depending on the project.
We built a sample house of the system in the Golf area of Punta del Este, you can schedule a visit. It is a house of 40 m2 plus exteriors that was built in a month and a few days where you can see the finishing qualities and high comfort conditions.
The SIP construction system is based on the on-site assembly by dry process of multi-layer prefabricated thermo-insulating panels of variable thicknesses and lengths; so that in a few days the walls of the house and the structure are raised, giving way to the installation of the roof and the installations.
It has the advantage of having several components of the construction system in a single panel, such as: thermal insulation, the structural part, electrical ducts; you just have to treat the joints, installations and finishes.
In this way we achieve a home of excellent construction quality with a high degree of comfort, reducing construction times, waste and the general cost of the work.
It forms a complete system with multiple advantages, such as:
Energy saving: the high thermal efficiency due to its great thickness of expanded polystyrene implies considerable energy savings by reducing the energy requirements for heating and/or cooling of the home.
Time: It is one of the fastest construction systems, the possibility of erecting a wall in an instant without masonry work means that significant progress can be made in one day, achieving progress of more than 60 m² per crew (two people per day).
Simple: It is a simple system, easy to learn, so the training for the staff is reduced.
Control of materials and waste: Ingepanel SIP Panels, being pre-cut, allow absolute control of the materials, avoiding loss, theft and also less waste, keeping the place clean.
Cost: The price per m2 of construction is lowered due to the decrease in construction times that lowers wages, lowers the BPS and costs associated with construction time, the minimum waste significantly reduces construction costs.
